If you are looking to buy, we can assist you in finding and purchasing the right property and act as a "Buyer's Agent" on your behalf.  As REALTOR members we have access to a variety of informational sources that are not available to non-member real estate agents.

Seller's Agency
If you have a property that you would like to sell, we can list and market the property through the Multiple Listing Service which goes out to other agent members all over the U. S.  (Over 50% of real estate sales are sold through the cooperation of another agent.)  We can also advertise in the local newspaper, real estate magazines and on the local Cable TV channel.

Wondering what your home or property is worth in today's market?  There is absolutely no charge for us to do a comparative market analysis. This service will give you an accurate estimate of what your property might be worth in today's market.

Monitoring, Negotiating and Closing                                                                                                   Even after a contract has been agreed upon there are still many other factors to deal with before closing on a property.  There are inspections, appraisals, loans, and sometimes even repairs.  We can use our expertise to help you find the professionals who can assist you in each of these areas.  We want your closing to go as smoothly as possible and the buying or selling process to be a pleasant one.
